FAQ

Who is the program intended for?
Anyone who can commit to eight hours of weekly presence, on Monday & Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00, and has good English, whether you're a young mother/father, working in a different profession, or interested in a career change, you are welcome to try and submit an application. This is your opportunity.
How can one join the program?
The selection process includes registration on the website, a sorting test, a self-presentation through video recording, and finally, a personal interview.
Are there any prerequisites for the program?
The program is designed to help individuals integrate into professions where they are underrepresented, so it is relevant even if you have no previous experience or technological studies. Good English is required.
Why specifically Sales?
The sales field is in high demand and growing. It exists in every company, and there is a significant shortage of employees in this field. In terms of salary, the profession is highly rewarding, with high salary levels.
What are the program's requirements?
Full availability and presence on Sundays and Wednesdays from 16:00 to 20:00, with a high commitment to the process, including weekly homework tasks that require between one to two hours.
