- Integrate Hebrew tech terminology, soft skills, and interview preparation into the curriculum
Did you know?
Only about 2% of high-tech employees in Israel are from the Arab society – even though Arabs make up around 20% of the population. ATECH is working to change that statistic from the ground up.

Atidna community
& Social Involvement
The training program requires each trainee to commit 45-70 hours* to volunteering in the Atidna community throughout the program.
The graduates of the program are seen as role models for the Atidna’s youth , and meetings with them help advance the movement’s goals.
Furthermore, during the program, students will attend two seminar sessions (one or two days) devoted to enrichment in the areas of citizenship, leadership, and identity.
*Scholarship scale determines the number of volunteer hours
