Dedicated and motivated students succeed
The training program requires each trainee to commit 45-70 hours* to volunteering in the Atidna community throughout the program.
The graduates of the program are seen as role models for the Atidna’s youth , and meetings with them help advance the movement’s goals.
Furthermore, during the program, students will attend two seminar sessions (one or two days) devoted to enrichment in the areas of citizenship, leadership, and identity.
