Tech onboarding
In order to launch a career in hi-tech, you need to understand the language and the culture. You need to be professional, while also being adaptable. In this course, you will acquire the skills and learn how to be at your best in a technological environment - think differently about the world of employment, gain data related skills, and understand different working methods, terms, and concepts
Frontend Basics
A full review of the basics of JS, HTML and CSS. We will practice writing code while creating basic web pages
Advanced Frontend
A deeper dive into the fundamentals of web programming. We will learn important tools for controlling our web page, using jQuery and other CSS tools
Servers
Introduction to NodeJS and NPM including working with modules, imports and exports. A full review of the Express library, which will help us build web servers. We will learn the concepts of “CRUD”, “REST” and incorporate them into our projects
Databases
Learning the concept of SQL vs noSQL databases, we will use Mongo and SQL to create a full stack application and store our data
React
Learning React for users UI, understanding the concept of Life cycles, Virtual DOM , State, JSX Components and anything else related
Mobx
Learning MobX and using it as a State Manager for React. Understanding the idea behind observable, Stores and more
Data structures & Algorithms
Developing algorithmic approach and learning the Big O notation and code efficiency. We will practice uses of common data structures such as Trees, Sets, Stacks and Queues

Understand web development inside and out

Gain extensive, hands-on experience with full-stack projects of all kinds

FAQ

How do I know if I’m the right fit for the program?

If you are from the Arab community, have a 1st degree or higher, high-level Hebrew and are motivated to enter the high-tech field - then it sounds like you should apply! Make sure you are able to commit to a full-time program, Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 to 17:00.

What is the application process?

Our application process is all online and includes several steps: a registration form on our website, a technical task & introduction video, an evaluation center and a personal interview.

What are the program requirements?

The course will run in a “full-time” format, Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00-17:00 and will require full attendance.
The course is demanding, so you must be fully motivated to take part in the process, participate in lessons and prepare homework assignments.
